Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

This English text is a convenience translation. The legally binding version is the German original: zur deutschen Fassung.

These terms govern the use of the Breezl app and the associated services.

Description of Services

Breezl is an app for shared shopping lists sorted by store aisles with real-time synchronization for households. Use is currently free of charge. Paid additional features may be introduced in the future; any prices and conditions will be shown separately before activation and require your consent.

Account

An account is required for use. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activities under your account. The information provided during registration must be accurate.

Users' Obligations

You undertake not to use the service abusively or unlawfully, not to infringe the rights of others, and not to circumvent any protection mechanisms.

Availability

We strive for reliable operation but do not owe uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, disruptions, or force majeure may lead to restrictions.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages based on intent or gross negligence. In the case of simple negligence, we are liable only for the breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation) whose fulfillment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely; in such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability is excluded. Liability under the Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) remains unaffected.

Term and Termination

Use can be ended at any time and without notice by deleting the account. Your personal data will then be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may amend these terms; we will inform you of material changes in an appropriate manner.

Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Gladbeck. In relation to consumers, the statutory provisions on the place of jurisdiction apply.
